Refund policy

At Ambz Nook Souk LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items. 

2. Eligibility & Product Condition
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
• Items must be in their original packaging with all original tags attached.
• Proof of purchase (such as your order number or email receipt) is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
• Personalized, engraved, or made-to-order products
• Final sale or clearance items.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at help@ambznooksouk.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at help@ambznooksouk.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return mailing address and instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

6. Return Shipping Costs
• Standard Returns (Buyer's Remorse / Change of Mind): Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: Ambz Nook Souk LLC will cover return shipping or send a replacement free of charge.

7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

We understand that plans can change. Here is our cancellation policy:

• Within 24 hours of ordering: You may cancel your order for a full refund. Please email us immediately at help@ambznooksouk.com with your order number and "CANCEL" in the subject line.
• After 24 hours: We cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may already be in processing or production.
• Personalized or engraved orders: These cannot be cancelled once production has begun, as they are made specifically for you.
