Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our priority at AmbzStore. To make our return and refund process fair and transparent, please read the following guidelines carefully:

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video:
    Customers must record a clear, uninterrupted video while opening the package. This helps us verify if an item was delivered damaged, incorrect, or incomplete. Without this video proof, return or refund requests will not be accepted.

  • Return Eligibility:

    • If the product delivered is different from the one ordered.

    • If the product is damaged, defective, or broken and verified through the unboxing video.

    • If essential product parts are missing at the time of delivery.

  • Non-Returnable Conditions:

    • If no unboxing video is provided as proof.

    • If the item is received in good condition and later claimed to be damaged.

    • Minor differences between product images and real items (slight color, brightness, or texture variations may occur due to HD photography and lighting).

    • Customized orders cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once confirmed. Please ensure any special requests or changes are mentioned at the time of order. After production has started, no further modifications can be made.

  • Refund Process:
    Refunds are issued only after the returned item is inspected and verified. If approved, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
